We are looking for a motivated Customer Success Manager to join our team as our opportunities are greater than our capacity.
The Position
As our Customer Success Manager, you will be part of the Operations team. This team is currently challenging the market on how real-time ocean insights are delivered. We want to future-proof the business of our customers and ensure consistent data availability while reducing cost and risk with an aaS subscription instead of the traditional hardware sales approach. The Operations team and specifically the Customer Success Manager has the responsibility to ensure that our customers are successful in applying the services. We are front runners in the industry and this position will fuel the ongoing change.
This position reports to the Head of Operations.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their long-term success and satisfaction. Drive engagement, success, and growth of our existing customers.
- Proactively identify customer challenges and collaborate with internal teams to find solutions.
- Cooperate with sales- and technical teams to provide product training and support to maximize the value of our solutions
- Share best practices with customers to promote success with Miros solutions.
- Work closely with the sales team to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, ensuring customer growth.
- Represent Miros at customer events.

Who are we looking for?
First and foremost, you are passionate about marketing and sales. You are at the start of your career preferably with a few years of sales experience. You have that fresh curiosity, energy, and drive that will make you reach for the stars. You have a genuine understanding of customer value which is derived from subscription models. A commercial mindset with a bit of geekiness will be a killer combination. If you in addition have experience in the marine/vessel/offshore business, even better. You also have an outgoing attitude and like to socialise. This position will require traveling.

Miros leter etter en backendutvikler som kan bli med oss å lage state-of-the-art sensorer og systemer for måling av havbølger og havstrømmer for våre kunder innen offshore og maritime industri.
Vi er verdensledende i vårt domene og har mange utfordrende utviklingsprosjekter. Vår teknologistack er basert på Microsoft Azure og vi er avanserte brukere av en lang rekke platformtjenester i skyen. Vi trenger nå flere utviklere for å utvikle våre løsninger videre.
Miros har et utviklingsteam på ca. 20 personer som gjør alt fra grunnforskning, konseptutvikling, hardware og software prototyping, lab og felttesting til produktifisering og vedlikehold av eksisterende og nye produkter. Utviklingsteamet arbeider tett med våre team på salg og drift og med noen av våre nøkkelkunder.
I rollen som backendutvikler vil du arbeide med utvikling av ny funksjonalitet hele veien fra sensor via Edge til sky. Oppgavene vil dreie seg om alt fra datainnsamling, lagringsteknologier og prosessering av data til kommunikasjonsteknologier. Arbeidet vil foregå I tett samarbeid med resten av softwareteamet på 9 personer. Stillingen rapporterer til teamleder for SW.

Kvalifikasjoner
Vi ser etter noen med en M.Sc. eller B.Sc. + 2+ års erfaring fra et relevant område. Den ideelle kandidaten har de følgende kvalifikasjonene:
- Gode kunnskaper om programmering i C#, .NET, Python
- Erfaring med utvikling for Microsoft Azure er en fordel
